Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using any website, dashboard, indicator, bot, file, signal interface or related service operated under the Maharaja Elite brand (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated below. You must be at least 18 years old, legally competent to contract and permitted to use the Services under the laws applicable to you.

2. Nature and permitted use

The Services are general-purpose software tools intended to assist a user’s own analysis and automation. Outputs may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for a particular market, broker, account or objective. You remain solely responsible for reviewing every setting, signal, order, position size and result.

Each subscription grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for the subscribed period. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, circumvent licence controls, share credentials, distribute source or compiled files, or use the Services to operate an unauthorised commercial signal or account-management business.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, secure your password and two-factor authentication, and promptly report unauthorised access. Actions performed through your authenticated account may be treated as authorised unless you notified us before the action was processed. Never provide support personnel with a password, OTP, authenticator code, private key or recovery phrase.

4. Subscriptions, prices and digital delivery

Prices, duration, product and network are shown before payment. Access begins only after the required payment is confirmed and the applicable product-access requirements are completed. A subscription expires at the end of its stated term unless renewed. Renewals are separate purchases unless an automatic-renewal feature is expressly offered and accepted.

5. USDT BEP-20 payments

Where payment is accepted in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), you must send the exact amount, to the displayed address, on the displayed network, within the stated payment window. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Funds sent using another token, chain, address or amount may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable. Network fees, exchange costs, wallet security and tax treatment remain your responsibility.

6. Availability and changes

Market data providers, TradingView, MetaTrader, brokers, blockchains, hosting providers and other third parties are outside our control. We may maintain, update, replace, suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably required for security, legal compliance, compatibility or service integrity. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse referral systems, create duplicate or deceptive accounts, manipulate payments, submit unlawful funds, interfere with security, impersonate another person, upload malicious content or use the Services in breach of financial, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, tax, intellectual-property or consumer laws.

8. Intellectual property

Maharaja Elite branding, interfaces, code, trading logic, documentation, graphics and product materials are protected intellectual property. Except for the limited subscription licence, no ownership right is transferred.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant profitability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular trading objective or compatibility with every third-party platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to such rights, indirect, consequential, speculative, trading, market, data, opportunity and third-party losses are excluded, and aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected subscription during the preceding three months.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment reversal, security risk, policy breach or legal obligation. You may stop using the Services at any time; amounts already paid remain governed by the Refund Policy.

11. Governing framework and complaints

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without limiting any non-waivable consumer protection available to you. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the support ticket system or info@maharajaelite.com. Courts or consumer forums having lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.

Privacy Policy

1. Scope and data fiduciary

This Policy explains how Maharaja Elite, acting as the data fiduciary for its Services, processes digital personal data. It applies to visitors, registered users, purchasers, referrers and support contacts.

2. Data we process

• Identity and contact data, including name, email, phone number and country code.
• Account and security data, including password hashes, authentication status, sessions, device and IP information, login events and two-factor configuration.
• Transaction and subscription data, including product, plan, amount, blockchain address, transaction hash, status and access history.
• Referral and withdrawal data, including referral relationships, commission records, reward progress, payout address and OTP verification status.
• Support and communication data, including tickets, replies, email records and chat interactions submitted through the website chat provider.
• Technical data, including browser, logs, error events, cookies and usage necessary to secure and improve the Services.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to create and secure accounts, provide contracted Services, confirm payments, activate subscriptions, calculate referrals, process withdrawals, prevent abuse, communicate operational notices, respond to complaints and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing is based on your choice and may be disabled in Settings.

4. Sharing and processors

Data may be shared only as reasonably necessary with hosting, database, email, security, support-chat, blockchain infrastructure and professional service providers, or with authorities where lawfully required. Public blockchains independently publish addresses and transaction data; blockchain records cannot be altered or erased by us.

5. International processing

Some service providers may process data outside your state or country. We use reasonable contractual, access-control and security measures and comply with applicable transfer restrictions.

6. Retention and security

We retain data for as long as required to provide Services, resolve disputes, maintain financial and security records, prevent fraud and meet applicable law. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, session management, authentication safeguards and backups; no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to a summary of your personal data, correction, completion, erasure where retention is no longer required, withdrawal of consent for consent-based processing, and grievance redressal. You must not impersonate another person or submit a fraudulent request. Operational, security and legal records may be retained despite an erasure request where permitted or required.

8. Cookies and chat

Essential storage supports authentication and security. The live-chat feature is provided through Tawk.to and may set its own cookies or process messages and device data under its applicable policy. Do not send financial secrets, passwords, OTPs, private keys or recovery phrases through chat or tickets.

9. Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly permit a child to open a trading-tool account.

10. Privacy contact

Submit privacy and grievance requests through your support dashboard or email info@maharajaelite.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may verify your identity before acting.

Refund Policy

1. Eligible requests

A refund review may be requested where: (a) the same order was charged more than once; (b) confirmed payment was received but the purchased access was not supplied within a reasonable support period; or (c) the supplied product is materially inaccessible because of a verified defect within our control and we cannot provide a reasonable fix or replacement.

2. Normally ineligible requests

Refunds are normally unavailable for trading losses, dissatisfaction with results, change of mind after access or download, failure to satisfy third-party platform or broker requirements, unsupported devices, expired subscriptions, referral expectations, account misuse, or payment sent through an incorrect address, token, amount or network.

3. Request procedure

Submit a billing ticket from the registered account within seven days of the relevant payment. Include the order number, transaction hash, product and a clear description. Never provide a private key or recovery phrase. We may request reasonable evidence and suspend access associated with a refunded order.

4. Review and method

Eligibility is assessed against this Policy, product delivery records and mandatory consumer law. Approval is not automatic. Where approved, the refund will ordinarily be sent in USDT BEP-20 to a verified address or through another lawful method selected by us. Network charges, exchange-rate differences and third-party fees may affect the final amount where law permits.

5. Processing time

We aim to acknowledge a complete request within 48 business hours and communicate a decision within 7 business days, although blockchain investigations, security checks or incomplete information may require longer. This Policy does not limit any non-waivable remedy available under applicable consumer law.

Risk Disclosure

1. Market and leverage risk

Forex, securities, derivatives, commodities, indices and crypto-assets can be highly volatile. Leverage can amplify both gains and losses and may produce losses exceeding deposited margin, depending on the broker and product.

2. Software and automation risk

Indicators are interpretations of data, not facts. Automated systems may open, modify or close positions unexpectedly because of settings, coding behaviour, latency, slippage, spread, liquidity, data errors, platform updates, internet failure, server downtime or broker execution. Monitor automation and maintain independent safeguards.

3. Hypothetical and past results

Backtests, simulations, examples, screenshots, testimonials and past performance have inherent limitations and are not reliable indicators of future performance. They may not reflect live execution, fees, spreads, slippage, liquidity or psychological factors.

4. Third-party and jurisdiction risk

TradingView, MetaTrader, exchanges, brokers, wallets and blockchains are independent services. Their availability, rules, legality and protections may change. You are responsible for selecting authorised providers and determining whether a product or transaction is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. No personalised advice or fiduciary relationship

Maharaja Elite supplies software functionality and general product information. It does not assess your financial situation, risk profile or suitability; does not act as portfolio manager, broker, custodian or fiduciary; and does not undertake discretionary execution on your behalf. Obtain independent advice from appropriately registered financial, legal and tax professionals where required.

6. User responsibility

Test settings in a controlled environment, understand every parameter, maintain stop and exposure limits, monitor open positions and retain the ability to disable automation. Your decision to trade and every resulting gain, loss, tax and obligation remain yours.

Referral Programme Terms

1. Participation

Eligible account holders may share their assigned referral link or code. Participation is a limited promotional arrangement, not employment, agency, partnership, franchise, investment scheme or authority to bind Maharaja Elite.

2. Recurring commission

Subject to successful payment confirmation, fraud review and these Terms, a referrer may receive 20% of the qualifying subscription amount paid by a directly referred user, including eligible renewals. Commission is credited in USDT account units and becomes withdrawable only after applicable checks and balance availability.

3. Milestone rewards

Milestone rewards are separate from recurring commission. A referred person counts once for each applicable product after a successful, non-refunded qualifying purchase. Renewals may generate commission but do not create another unique-buyer count. Displayed rewards are subject to verification, availability, lawful fulfilment and any stated cash-or-item choice. Non-cash rewards may be substituted with a reasonably comparable benefit where fulfilment is impracticable or unlawful.

4. Prohibited promotion

You must not promise profits, present yourself as an authorised adviser or representative, use misleading income claims, spam, impersonate the brand, bid on protected brand terms without permission, create self-referrals or duplicate accounts, offer unauthorised rebates, conceal material conditions or target persons prohibited from using the Services.

5. Reversals and withholding

Commission or milestone credit may be withheld, adjusted or reversed for refunds, duplicate payments, chargebacks, blockchain reversals, self-referral, collusion, fraud, policy breach or calculation error. A pending display is not a final entitlement.

6. Withdrawals and tax

Referral withdrawals are processed only to supported USDT BEP-20 addresses after required email OTP, security and compliance checks. Minimums, processing periods and network requirements shown in the dashboard apply. Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes, duties or other liabilities arising from rewards.

7. Programme changes

We may prospectively modify, pause or end the programme for security, legal, commercial or abuse-prevention reasons. Confirmed, valid balances remain subject to verification and applicable law. Continued participation after notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
